The Robert A. Mathavious Memorial Trust (“the Trust”) is dedicated to improving lives in the Virgin Islands by supporting the relief, prevention, and treatment of kidney disease.
Through direct patient care, education, infrastructure, and research, the Trust seeks to ease the burden of kidney disease on families while helping to strengthen the healthcare system for generations to come.

Donations may be made by cheque or wire transfer, payable to ATU General Trust (BVI) Limited as Trustees of the Robert A. Mathavious Memorial Trust.

Contribution Process:
- Make a pledge using the form on the website or contact the Trustee for donation instructions (cheque or wire transfer details).
- As part of compliance, all donors will be required to provide KYC information as determined by the Trustee.
- As evidence of contribution, donors and the Trustee will jointly execute a Deed of Contribution.

The Trust is governed by ATU General Trust (BVI) Limited as Trustee, ensuring compliance with Virgin Islands law and the highest standards of transparency.
Oversight is provided by a Protector Committee, which makes recommendations to the Trustee for the distribution of funds.
